Presentation Night 2016 Details Announced
For 2016 we have decided to do something a bit different for our awards night. This year we will be holding the evening at The Abbey Hotel in Minster. To start we will be having a three course meal in the restaurant, we will then move upstairs to our own private hall where the awards ceremony will take place followed by a DJ and disco for the rest of the night.
The dinner is optional and will offer choices for both adults and children. A three course adult meal costs just £19.95 and a two course kids meal will cost £7.50. You will need to book and pay for these using our website. (Bookings and payments can be taken in person but we would much prefer the online method to make it easier for us to handle!) Those who do not want to take part in the dinner can simply arrive later in the evening for the awards and disco. The meal will start at 6.00pm and anybody just coming afterwards should arrive by 7.30pm before the awards kick off at 8.00pm. If you are not eating there is no need to book, just turn up on the night.
The awards themselves will start with our four junior teams, followed by our two midweek teams and finally our three senior Saturday sides. Once the awards are over we will then have a DJ and disco for the rest of the night, until midnight. The hall will also have its own private bar. Senior players are expected to wear club ties where possible. Friends and family are warmly encouraged to come along to the event.
